At Skinphoria, client satisfaction, safety, and integrity of care are our highest priorities. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, returns, cancellations, and payments.

Services

All sales on services are final.

Because our treatments are highly personalized and appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Completed services
  • Missed or late-canceled appointments
  • Pre-paid packages, memberships, or deposits

If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. While refunds are not offered, our team is committed to providing appropriate follow-up care, assessment, or adjustments when clinically appropriate.

Skincare Products

To ensure product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional packages, limited-time offers, pre-sale specials, and discounted services are final sale and must be redeemed within the terms and timeframes specified at purchase.

Deposits & Prepayments

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

To avoid forfeiting your deposit, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in additional fees at the discretion of Skinphoria.

Allergic Reactions & Adverse Events

While adverse reactions are rare, they can occur with any aesthetic or medical treatment. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact us immediately.

Our providers will evaluate the concern and recommend appropriate follow-up care; however, refunds are not issued for reactions to treatments or products.
